1. The service

BlurDrop lets you hide content behind a blur, share it with one person via a link, and receive a video of their reaction at the moment of reveal. These terms govern your use of the app and the website. [Placeholder — legal entity, jurisdiction.]

2. Your account

• You must meet the minimum age in your country (13–16 depending on region) to create an account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.
• One person — one account. Usernames that impersonate others or contain offensive language may be reclaimed or removed.

3. Your content and responsibility

You keep ownership of everything you create in BlurDrop — challenges and reactions. By using the service you grant us the limited licence needed to store, transmit and display that content to its intended recipient.

• Only share challenges with people who will be comfortable being recorded. The app tells every viewer that their camera will record before it does — do not attempt to circumvent that.
• Do not upload content that is illegal, harassing, sexually explicit, or that you have no right to share.
• Reactions belong to both parties: the author receives the composite, the reactor may delete their reaction at any time.
• We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules or our community guidelines.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• BlurDrop PRO is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your device's store settings.
• Free trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Prices are shown in your local currency in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple / Google under their policies.

5. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer the service, scrape it, abuse its APIs, or use it to spam. Automated access requires our written permission.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that recordings will always synchronise perfectly or that content will be available indefinitely — export anything you want to keep.

7. Limitation of liability

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings or via the data deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
