Deleting your BlurDrop account permanently removes your profile, your challenges, your reactions, and all associated personal data from our servers within 30 days. This cannot be undone.
Fastest way — in the app
- Open BlurDrop and go to Profile → Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Type your username to confirm. Deletion starts immediately.
No access to the app?
Send a request with this form — we verify it against your sign-in email and complete deletion within 30 days, with a confirmation email when it's done.
What gets deleted
- Profile and account identifiers
- All challenges you created, and reactions received to them
- All reactions you recorded to others' challenges
- Device and analytics identifiers linked to the account
Some records we are legally required to retain (e.g. purchase receipts) are kept in anonymised form only. Details in our Privacy Policy.
